		<description>An uneasy relationship between commentators and bloggers, I'd have thought, not journalists - it ought to be the journos' job to establish what the story is, so that others can express a view and move the debate on.  Citizen journalism is certainly threatening local media - the continuing downsizing of newsrooms means that reporters out on the street are rarer than bobbies on bicycles.  You could argue that the media barons have brought about their own downfall - keeping in touch with public opinion was one of the reasons hacks of old spent a proportion of their hard earned expenses in the pub...</description>
