I saw your post and thought it would be a good hook to talk about the extent to which traditional media take a lead from a lot of what you publish and as such many politicians, from Cameron downwards engage in a close dialogue with you.</description>

		<description>Mark, can I just correct one thing. Team Boris didn't choose me and Tim to get this out. Tim had a good old fashioned scoop. I then followed it up by ringing Guto Harri to verify whether it was true and ask him to go on the record. To my surprise he did. It was just a good bit of old fashioned journalism, made possible by the here and now of the blogosphere rather than the rigid publishing timetables of newspapers.</description>
